Business meeting of the LIMAC group subsidiaries concerning the operational analysis held in Dalian
“Business meeting of the LIMAC operational analysis of the first half year’s activities in 2011” was held at the Golden Mountain Resort in Lvshun, Dalian, on July, 14 and 15.
Participants covered the general managers from the group subsidiaries, and personnel from marketing and financial departments. In the conference, 11 general managers representing 17 subsidiaries, presented an all-round analysis of the first half year’s business activities, and designed relevant measures to achieve thebusiness goals of a whole year. General Manager Wang Lujie, from the Shenyang Alloy Material Limited Corporation, was invited, during the conference, todeliver a business analysis report as an example.
Based on the business reports of the corporation subsidiaries, Wu Yan, Chairman of the LIMAC Board, required every subsidiary to do as follows: Attach enough importance to the planning project in a fundamental manner; analyze the deficiencies that might take place in the implementation of the annual plan through this conference, thus to ensure the project indicators to be completed; develop business communication and cooperation among subsidiaries to share group information to the greatest extent. General Managers are required to value education, especially by starting up at learning different rules and regulations ofour enterprise. Management should, as a regulation, be directed by planning, and measures should be based on cause-and-effect analyses to solve problems. Management philosophies should be refreshed in different companies, thus by applying effective management approaches, an operational system befitting company development can be built up.
